Daisy's Party House focuses on serving Genesee, Oakland and Saginaw Counties. We are available to travel if needed.

Each event is custom designed for you and takes time to plan and execute. We recommend booking at least 5 weeks in advance in advance from your event date to ensure we are available. Booking less than 5 weeks from your event date will be subject to a 15-20% rush fee.

I will try my best, however, I cannot guarantee the availability of my time, color, and equipment needed for your event. In a case where I can assist, a full payment is required and you will be subject to a 15-20% rush fee.

Most designs can be set up within two hours.

Yes! A 50% retainer fee is required to offer you services at your event, this fee reserves the event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the day of your event. Full payment will be required when bookings are made 5 weeks or less from the event date.

We recognize that plans can and do change. If there is a change in your plans, e.g. cancellation or postponement of the entire event, please notify us in writing and emailed to Britt@DaisysPartyHouse.com at least 5 weeks prior to the event date. Yes, our balloon installation rate is added to all orders. Rates are calculated based on location, size of the order, time and labor requirements, setup, and removal. At the time of booking, we will determine the final cost.

At the moment we work directly from our cozy home office and are focused on providing our services on-site. Some of our services do allow for pick-up. Pick-up location is located in Flint.

Air-filled latex balloons usually last up to a week at full life before they begin to gradually lose air and their color shine when they are not left outside or in extremely cold temperatures. Helium latex balloons can last about a day or so. Helium foil balloons last 2x longer than latex balloons if not left outside or in extremely cold temperatures.

Not all balloon designs can be used outdoors, especially helium-filled balloons. We use high-quality balloons however, high temperatures, the sun and the wind do not allow us to guarantee a high-quality design. In extreme heat, balloons are subject to pop!

Rental rates are for a one-day event, if the client wishes to rent items for more than one day after the first day is an additional 50% of the total rental rate of the items rented. Ex. Rental rate $30, each additional day is $15.

An additional fee will occur if you are requesting services on a reserved holiday.
