For my early planners, we have a Save the Date option! This allows you to book your balloon and rental services for your next event far in advance as soon as you know the event date. No need to worry about the design details, those will come later! How does it work? I am glad you asked!

• Save the Date works best for anyone who is at least 3-4 months out from their event date. Anything less we can begin the planning process by Requesting A Quote.

• Once availability is confirmed (1-2 business days), a $100 retainer fee will be applied to your first invoice. This fee will go towards your first installment payment.

• Once payment is received, you are booked! Yay! 🎉

• 8 weeks prior to your event date, we will begin the planning process. We will work on finalizing your balloon designs and then I will send you an invoice for 50% of the total balance for the services requested. Your $100 retainer fee will be applied to this invoice.

• We recognize that plans can and do change. If there is a change in your plans, e.g. cancellation or postponement of the entire event, please notify us in writing and emailed to Britt@DaisysPartyHouse.com as soon as possible, the sooner the better!
